Together, We Learn

Opportunities for Christian Study are provided with Sunday Church School, Wednesday Evening Programs, Vacation Bible School, and through the Christ Lutheran Church Library.

Christ Lutheran’s Youth Programs continue to actively involve and engage our youngest congregation members

Fun events and activities are planned to keep the Fellowship among members alive.

I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go;
I will counsel you with my loving eye on you.

  • Sunday School

    Sunday School for all ages is every Sunday 9:45-10:30 a.m. Nursery and Parent’s Classes take place on the first floor of the Christian Education wing. Grades K-5 are upstairs in the Christian Education wing. Grades 6-12 are in the Lodge. Adults meet in Social Room.

  • BaSix

    BaSiX stands for “Brothers And Sisters In CHRIST.” It is a unique program that combines fellowship and education for the entire family. Each Wednesday, we gather at 6 p.m. for a family style meal. From 6:45 to 7:30 children through fifth grade attend music and faith formation, while youth and adults attend separate bible study programs.

  • Bible Studies

    Several Bible Study options are available. In the fall and winter we meet every Wednesday at 10 a.m. in the Social Room. We also study as part of BasiX with Pastor Domines, on Wednesdays at 6:45 p.m. in the Library. In the Summer, we join on Wednesday mornings with Pastor Domines following morning prayer.

  • Lutheranism 101

    Available Wednesday evenings or by appointment if needed, we provide new member education focusing on the creeds and beliefs of the Lutheran Faith.

  • Youth Group

    Our Lutheran Youth Organization (LYO) supports and encourages young people in their faith formation. Through various activities and service projects, we strive to strengthen relationships with one another and members of the congregation, witness faith in daily living, engage in service to our neighbors, study God’s word, and participate in the Liturgy. LYO is for grades 6-12.

  • Stephen Ministry

    Stephen Ministry is the one-to-one lay caring ministry that takes place in congregations that use the Stephen Series system. Stephen Ministry congregations equip and empower lay caregivers—called Stephen Ministers—to provide high-quality, confidential, Christ-centered care to people who are hurting.
